Michael learned the trade from scratch. The skilled shoe modeller had worked in Germany and for a long time also in Italy. In the following years, he acted in sales, amongst others for K&S. Since 2003, he preferably models and markets his project „Brandmasters“.

Frank’s career actually started when he was 9 looking over his mum’s shoulder while she was shopping. The trained retail salesman quickly found his way into the fashion business, for example as the buying agent for Salamander and Stiefelkönig. With his agency Fashion Heroes he acted as collection developer and product manager for PIC2 by Picard Bags and Chiemsee Shoes. In 2003, the former CPD and Sportswear International trend scout finally discovered his favourite trend: Brandmasters.

Ida is the calming influence in bustling times. Thereby, the experienced Italien does not only answer customer requests competently and calmly but she also lends her ear to the team. Her mixture of Italian fire and German accuracy is as if made for Brandmasters.

Katja embodies a perfect mixture of two worlds: the experience from her studies and from her job as a projct manager in advertising matches with her blatant interest in fashion. She set the target to optimise the marketing and structural processes at Brandmasters. Due to her amicable connection to Michael and Frank, they already made use of her consulting before she came to Brandmasters.

Carolin is courageous. As the business graduate has accepted the challenge to build up the new marketing section as a freelancer together with Katja. This pilot scheme - to establish "something of her own" appeals to her just as much as the fashion industry. Carolin already worked abroad and also brings along advertising experience.

Tanjas complete career is all about the one thing: shoes, shoes, shoes. After her apprenticeship in an advertising agency she worked several years for an American running shoe brand. Finally she got to her personal paradise. With the needed know how of distribution and customer service she will support the management and will be responsible for the key accounts.

„Woman and shoes, a devine combination!“ Ina Gühne Sales support Key Accounts |
Ina has found the way back to the shoe sector after a turbulent career. In fact, she did her apprenticeship in her home town Detmold as industrial clerk in an international shoe company where she discovered her passion for shoes. As she had always wanted to live in a big city, she moved to Munich after her apprenticeship which brought her away from shoes and into the sector of technical components. After this period she tried herself as a hair stylist before she decided to return to the fashion & shoe trade. Since the beginning of January, she now strengthens the Sales department for the Key Accounts with her open-minded nature.

„Fashion has always been part of my life." Frank Canizzo-Heck Sales |
The trained retail salesman Frank has always had a strong affinity to fashion which he strengthened in his job as manager and purchaser for the company "Abseits Germany". After 9 years with "Abseits" in Stuttgart, he left to explore London, Vienna and Hamburg working as a stylist for fashion shows and productions. After that, he changed being a salesman for the trade agency Eichler & Zimmermann and became area manager for textiles and shoes for the Italian Sixty Group.
Now he is ready to dedicate with all his energy to Brandmasters, to the development and distribution of the Airstep Clothing collection.

Saskia seized the opportunity! Well equiped with experience from an Italian luxury designer and a German fashion store, she did not hesitate to accept the job offer from Brandmasters. Since August the business reinforces the sales team and takes care of the customer relations. As an outgoing person she loves working with people and showing her sales talent. She is passionate about fashion and for some holidays in Tuscany she’d even go barefoot!

Franziska supports the sales team since July 2009 - always on the go between daily work and university where she follows her dual business studies. With her contageously friendly nature and her open way in dealing with customers, she has quickly succeeded in becoming indispensable for the agency.

Melanie supports the Brandmasters team since July 2010 in sales administration and data processing. The just-finished "office management assistant" now wants to take off in the shoe business. She is not interested in pretty shoes but also in tables and statistics and loves to have everything in order.

Elena D’Amore strengthens the Italian front at Brandmasters! The 19 year-old is a born-and-bred Italian and enriches the team with her natural temperament. Elena started her apprenticeship as management assistant in office communication in August 2008. She will proactively support Brandmasters in the future and learn everything about shoes.

Nina came to the Brandmasters Team in February 2012 and dedictates herself to the bookkeeping with lots of enthusiasm. After her apprenticeship as commercial assistant for foreign languages, she worked in the luxury hotel sector in Germany and abroad. Nina loves to have in everything in good order but sometimes loses her mind wearing a pair of new shoes.

Keven is the latest trainee in the Brandmasters team, he started in February 2011. The 18 years old fashion lover breathes some fresh air into the office and strengthens the male quota. During his traineeship he’ll get an insight into the different areas of the agency - sales, marketing and accountancy - to find out about his strengths. Thereby the sportsman will have to swap his socces shoes more often for new AirStep styles.

Laura works for Brandmasters since August 2009 in the area of data management and handling. She studies Japanology at the university and prefers sporty shoes. Thanks to her interest in computers and design she really enjoys her job at Brandmasters and working with pretty shoes.
